Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

This policy explains what personal data podboq ("we", "us") collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

1. Who is responsible for your data

podboq is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website. For anything related to your data, contact us at hello@podboq.online.

2. What data we collect

We only collect data you give us or that is needed to run the site:

  • Diagnosis form: your work email, company website, team size, the answers you pick about your business situation, and an optional 90-day goal.
  • Language preference: the language you choose (English or Spanish).
  • Call scheduling: if you book a call, Calendly processes your name, email, and the time you pick under its own privacy policy.
  • Usage analytics: we use Vercel Analytics, which collects aggregated, anonymized page-view data and does not use cookies or track you across sites.
  • Browser storage: small preferences (language, the funnel stage you selected, and whether you dismissed the cookie notice) stored locally in your browser, never sent to our servers.

3. Why we use your data (and the legal basis)

  • To prepare and follow up on the call you request — this is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To respond to questions you send us — same basis as above.
  • To understand how the site performs and improve it, using aggregated analytics — our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Where consent is required (for example, optional third-party tools), we rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who we share data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate:

  • Vercel — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
  • Calendly — call scheduling, only if you choose to book.
  • Our lead management / CRM tooling — to store and follow up on the form you submit.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside your country (for example, in the United States). Where required, transfers are protected by safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep lead and contact data for as long as it is relevant to a potential or ongoing business relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under the CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Receive your data in a portable format.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8. How to exercise your rights

Email us at hello@podboq.online with your request. We respond within 30 days. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form data is validated on our servers, and access to lead data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you. No system is 100% secure, but we keep the data we hold to a minimum.

10. Children

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
